Due to the nature and precision of jewelry, no item can be returned or exchanged after purchase.
However, if the size of the item does not fit, it may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
* The item must be unused or unworn.
* It must be in its original condition with its box and full packaging.
* Provide the original purchase invoice upon request.
* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
